What happens to my data if I cancel?
All data remains accessible for 30 days following contract termination. Documents and audit logs can be exported in full during this period. For clients subject to FINRA, SEC, or other regulatory retention requirements, we offer extended archival up to 10 years. After the applicable retention period, data is permanently deleted via crypto-shredding.
