Our Story
DiligenceVDR was founded by a team that lived on both sides of the deal table — investment bankers who ran processes, VDR executives who built legacy platforms, and data/AI engineers who saw what technology could actually deliver. Our founding team has personally bought and sold companies, managed live auctions, and navigated the due diligence process from every seat at the table.
That firsthand experience made the frustration impossible to ignore: slow uploads, rigid platforms, opaque pricing, and tools that hadn't meaningfully evolved in a decade.
